Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; international relations, tech, or business backgrounds welcome.
• 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or complex solution selling.
• Experience with TSA, airport security programs, or government customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead aviation product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market for TSA SPP and international turnkey solutions.
• Define offerings that integrate technology, staffing, maintenance, cybersecurity, and transition services.
• Translate requirements into scalable architectures, commercial models, and executable delivery plans.
