Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Aviation, to lead the holistic aviation product portfolio across airfield lighting systems and related products. You will bridge engineering, commercial, and customer-facing teams to align to voice of customer, margins, and performance criteria.

You will manage a global aviation product management team, drive roadmaps, pricing, and positioning, and ensure regulatory and security compliance across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or similar role in manufacturing or industrial environments
• 5+ years in multi-disciplinary team leadership against global KPIs
• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into engineering specs
• Excellent communication across internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of product life cycle management and pricing strategies
• Understanding regulatory and compliance standards in aviation markets

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and communicate aviation product roadmaps
• Lead global Aviation product management team across engineering, marketing, and sales
• Develop business cases with support from sales and marketing
• Manage product launches with cross-functional teams
• Monitor KPIs to measure product success and adoption
• Travel as required to engage with customers and partners
