RTX is seeking an early career Software Engineer to join our Connected Aviation - Air Traffic Solutions team in Marlborough, MA. You will contribute to configuring and maintaining dev environments, practicing agile processes, and advancing cloud and AI-enabled software for air traffic control systems.

The role requires a STEM degree with 2+ years of experience, strong Unix/Linux skills, and scripting in Bash/Python. U.S. citizenship is required for access to program information.

Qualifications

Requires STEM degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree.
Strong Unix/Linux knowledge and system hardening.
Experience with configuring development tools and servers.
Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting.
