RTX is seeking early career Software Engineers for its Connected Aviation – Air Traffic Solutions. You will join a team building and supporting safety-critical air traffic systems worldwide, focusing on design, integration, and testing across the software life cycle.

You’ll gain exposure to Unix/Linux, C/C++, scripting, agile practices, and cloud technologies while collaborating with a disciplined, multi-disciplinary team.

Formación

• Requires STEM degree with 2+ years of experience or an advanced degree.
• Strong working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with Linux tuning, patching, hardening, and access control.
• Experience configuring and maintaining software development tools and servers.
• Experience configuring networking routers and servers.
• Proficiency with Bash and Python scripting.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain the software development environment and tools.
• Maintain docs and work instructions to meet high software standards.
• Participate in agile ceremonies: standups, planning, retros, grooming.
• Facilitate adoption of cloud and AI in development.
• Collaborate with engineers, management, and external stakeholders.
