RTX is seeking software engineers for its Tewksbury, MA and broader U.S. teams to deliver world-class aerospace software across Battle Management, C2, Communications, and more. You will contribute to development, testing, and integration of complex systems in a fast-paced defense environment.

The role requires a STEM degree and 2+ years in OO languages (C++, C#, Java) with experience in Agile settings. Security clearance and relocation eligibility may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or STEM discipline.
• 2+ years of software development, integration, and/or testing using OO languages like C++, C#, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-disciplinary teams to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems for aerospace and defense.
• Participate in agile execution and continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively to analyze, implement and test system.
