RTX's Connected Aviation – Air Traffic Solutions - Software Engineering Department (ATS-SED) seeks early career Software Engineers to develop and support our air traffic control systems worldwide. This onsite role requires U.S.

citizenship and offers growth through mentoring and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams. You will contribute to fixes and enhancements in C/C++/Java, participate in Agile processes, and work with leadership in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Master's degree in STEM (CS/SE).
• Experience in Unix/Linux development environment and command line usage.
• Strong software experience with C, C++ or Java.
• U.S. citizenship required to access program/contracts.

Responsibilities

• Make complex fixes and significant enhancements with SME guidance.
• Update software process docs and work instructions.
• Participate in Agile processes and sprint activities.
