Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience; 10+ years in airport baggage handling systems preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills; MS Word/Excel proficiency; airport security clearances ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance to Site Supervisors to ensure safety, communication and scheduling efficiency.
• Mentor and coach team members; promote fair, transparent work environment and continuous improvement.
• Develop and refine processes and documentation to standardize operations.
• Champion safety standards and ensure compliance across teams.
• Be flexible to cover shifts and emergencies, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
