Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily maintenance operations of BHS, PBB and facilities at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. You will supervise site personnel, plan maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with airport authorities, airlines, TSA and customers to keep equipment running smoothly and operations uninterrupted.

• 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in airport operations or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and maintenance for BHS, PBB and Facilities.
• Coordinate workforce scheduling, work orders, and emergency response activities.
• Maintain strong communication with airport authorities, airlines, TSA and customers.
• Promote safety, compliance, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Mentor, train and support supervisors and technicians.
