Job summary

Ascent Aviation Services is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Tucson, AZ to support logistics and reclamations. The role involves managing aircraft materials flow with accuracy across 24/7 operations, with shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and 12-hour schedules.

Candidates must be flexible for various shifts, with overtime possible. High school diploma, valid driver's license, and forklift capability are required or pursued. Prior shipping/receiving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Forklift experience and the ability to become company certified.
• Previous Shipping & Receiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, controls, separates, and maintains all incoming parts under FAA receiving and shipping regulations.
• Perform accurate data entry for all parts based on process tags.
• Verify materials against invoices or packing slips to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor shelf life of materials and ensure tooling meets load test and calibration requirements.
• Uphold company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
