Job summary

Professional Aircraft Accessories, a Greenwich AeroGroup company in Titusville, FL, seeks a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to handle inbound/outbound parts, verify documents, and log items into inventory systems. This full-time, on-site role requires packing, labeling, and coordinating with teams to ensure timely movements of parts.

Responsibilities include forklift/pallet jack use, cycle counts, and maintaining clean warehouse areas while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving for handling incoming and outgoing materials and documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Packing to prepare, label, and secure items for transport in compliance with company and safety standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in Pallet Jack operation to move, stage, and organize pallets and materials safely.
• Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control to track stock levels, perform counts, and maintain accurate records.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills to coordinate with team members, provide shipment updates, and resolve issues clearly and professionally.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or aviation parts environment is beneficial.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required, follow safety procedures, and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer literacy for using inventory and shipping systems; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts and materials, verify quantities and documentation.
• Log items into inventory systems.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, packing and labeling according to requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely movement of parts.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse area.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Use material handling equipment and complete shipping paperwork.
• Communicate shipment status and issues to relevant team members.
