West Star Aviation is seeking a Sheet Metal Technician to perform essential sheet metal operations on airframes, read blueprints, and follow drawings and procedures at our Perryville, MO facility. The role involves maintaining tools and facilities, while adhering to FAA guidelines and safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred as stated.
• Airframe & Powerplant License preferred.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform drilling, riveting, cutting on airframe and components.
• Apply and remove sealant and finish materials.
• Maintain and repair shop facilities, equipment and tooling.
• Navigate electronic manuals and maintenance data bases.
• Communicate clearly in English.
