Job summary

Tradewind Aviation, based in Oxford, CT, seeks a Maintenance Controller to manage all aspects of aircraft maintenance to ensure flight safety and operational efficiency. You will oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with dispatch, flight operations, and maintenance personnel to minimize disruptions and maintain the flight schedule.

The individual will manage and coordinate all aspects of aircraft maintenance to ensure flight safety and operational efficiency. Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, ensure compliance with regulations, coordinate with various departments like dispatch, flight operations, and maintenance personnel to minimize disruptions and maintain the flight schedule. Must be flexible with work schedule.
