Job summary

HHS Aviation is seeking a friendly, compassionate leader to head our aviation services team. You’ll build a goal-oriented, service-minded department that is productive, collaborative, and focused on customer satisfaction.

This remote role may require occasional travel; 5+ years in customer service management in a comparable operation are preferred. You will manage recruitment, training, budgets, and service recovery while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service management experience in an operation that is equivalent in size and scope to the customer
• High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to relocate for promotion opportunities
• Experience in airport/aviation industry and proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish

• Lead and manage recruitment, training, development, and assignments of team members
• Perform daily inspections and coaching of team members

• Manage invoicing, vendor relationships, planning, supplies, status reporting, and contracts
