Job summary

HHS Aviation, LLC (USA) seeks a friendly, compassionate leader to head a service-driven team in aviation operations. You will guide a department to be productive, efficient, and customer-focused, driving morale and quality while aligning with company goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer service management in a similar scale, with flexibility for shifts and possible relocation; aviation experience is a plus and Spanish skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service management experience in a comparable operation.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Computer skills with word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion opportunities.
• Experience in airport/aviation industry a big plus.
• Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to create a productive, service-minded team.
• Lead recruiting, training, development and assignments for staff.
• Perform daily inspections, coaching and counseling of team members.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve department goals and budgets.
• Manage invoicing, vendor relationships, planning, supplies and contracts.
• Identify issues and coordinate with leadership to support service and customers.
• Prepare for irregular operations and emergency situations.
