Job summary

RH Aero Systems, based in Mason, OH, seeks a Customer Service Manager to strengthen OEM relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring responsive service from inquiry to shipment. You will partner with regional leadership, manage orders, and drive improvements using feedback and metrics while maintaining accurate ERP/CRM data.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in B2B aerospace/manufacturing customer roles, a bachelor’s in business or related field, and proficiency with ERP/CRM

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B customer-facing roles such as customer service, account management, customer success, or sales support.
• Experience supporting industrial, aerospace, aviation, MRO, or manufacturing customers in a global or multi-site environment is preferred.
• ERP/CRM or order management systems experience (Epicor/CRM) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with OEM customer stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues affecting license performance, order fulfillment, and satisfaction.
• Ensure timely processing of customer orders and provide status updates across teams (Sourcing, Quality, Engineering, Techs, PM).
• Leverage feedback and performance data to identify trends and drive improvements in service quality and delivery.
• Maintain ERP/CRM data accuracy and act as primary POC from quote to shipment for new and service activities.
