Job summary

RH Aero Systems is seeking a Sr. Manager, Program Development for Contract Manufacturing in Mason, Ohio.

You will lead contract manufacturing programs from initial engagement through launch and ongoing execution, coordinating with manufacturing, engineering, quality, sourcing, and program teams to meet customer requirements and business goals. You will drive improvements in execution, timelines, communication, and issue resolution while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring

Qualifications

• Progressive experience leading customer-facing programs in contract manufacturing, aerospace, or related technical environment.
• Ownership of program execution, customer commitments, and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong understanding of contract manufacturing, aerospace quality expectations, supply chain coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract manufacturing program development from customer engagement through launch and ongoing execution.
• Manage program plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables to align with requirements, quality, schedules and goals.
• Drive improvements in program execution, timelines, communication, and issue resolution with customers and internal teams.
• Serve as a key customer-facing leader for contract manufacturing programs, translating needs into clear actions and follow-up plans.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, sourcing, supply chain, and program management teams to support launches.
• Monitor cost, scope, risks, and profitability to support sound program decisions and governance.
