Job summary

RH Aero Systems in Mason, OH is seeking a Sr. Commercial Manager to lead contract manufacturing program development from customer engagement through launch and ongoing execution.

You will manage program plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment with customer requirements, quality expectations, schedules, and business goals. You will drive improvements in program execution and collaborate with internal teams to meet cost, delivery, and quality commitments.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience leading customer-facing programs in contract manufacturing, aerospace, or related technical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract manufacturing, aerospace quality expectations, supply chain coordination, product readiness, and customer-driven program requirements.
