Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree in technical, business administration, or business analytics.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in a relevant area.
• Experience in manufacturing/sourcing/order fulfillment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance trends in technical issue resolution processes (SPR/CPR/SCQ).
• Use tracking tools (TQR, SPR/CPR/SCQ) to analyze issue resolution processes.
• Collaborate with OEM engineering and program management groups (SEE, C&PSO) on engine programs.
• Represent TPM in RH Aero Operations Review rhythm.
• Analyze trends affecting customer fulfillment and prioritize actions.
