Job summary

Rhinestahl Corporation's RH Aero Systems in Mason, Ohio, is seeking a Customer Service Manager, Services to serve as the primary point of contact for OEM customers and coordinate across sourcing, quality, engineering, and program management to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution.

You will build trusted relationships, drive performance, and advocate for the customer from inquiry through shipment, while using ERP/CRM systems to maintain accurate order information and meet service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Communications, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B customer service/account management experience.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, MRO, or manufacturing industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with OEM customers and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues affecting orders, licensing, and delivery.
• Ensure timely processing of orders and coordinate with Sourcing, Quality, and Engineering to resolve problems.
• Provide order updates and collect feedback to drive service improvements.
