Job summary

ACTS-Aviation Security Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor at the Orlando International Airport in Orlando, FL. The role oversees daily operations, coordinates Security Agents, and maintains strict compliance with airline and TSA requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations and supervisor responsibilities.
• Ability to schedule personnel and ensure proper coverage.
• Strong communication with airline customers, TSA, and authorities.
• Carrying out routine audits of employee performance and records.
• Providing training and onboarding for security staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to ACTS Leads and Security Agents.
• Schedule and assign Security Agents for coverage.
• Serve as liaison with Local Airline Customers, Host Catering units, TSA.
• Maintain security records as required by authorities.
• Conduct regular audits of employee performance and compliance.
• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified Security Agents with HR.
• Discipline agents as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with bargaining agreement and procedures.
