ACTS-Aviation Security, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor at Chicago O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, IL. The role oversees daily operations, schedules security personnel, and ensures coverage in alignment with client and TSA requirements.

The position offers competitive pay of $60,000 per year as well as a benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) with company matching, plus paid vacation and holidays. This is an on-site role based at ORD airport.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling security staff and ensuring coverage.
• Ability to liaise with airlines, catering units, TSA and government authorities.
• Maintaining security-related records and performing audits as per policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Leads and Security Agents in daily activities.
• Schedule and assign Security Agents to ensure proper coverage.
• Serve as liaison with Local Airline Customers, Host Catering units, TSA and authorities.
• Maintain records and conduct audits of employee performance.
• Recruit, hire and retain qualified Security Agents with HR collaboration.
