Job summary

Amentum, a premier global services partner, seeks an Aviation Infrastructure and Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design, develop, and deliver a specialized curriculum for host nation partners. The training focuses on airport operations, airspace risk management, and risk mitigation strategies, tailored to diverse authorities.

The role requires 10+ years in FAMS or similar, expertise in aviation security, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

10+ years in Federal Air Marshal Service or equivalent field.
Knowledgeable on Aviation Security.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
Proven ability to work independently and within teams.
Strong problem-solving and communications skills.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver aviation security curricula for host nations.
Adapt US best practices to diverse legal authorities and environments.
Instruct on identifying and mitigating airspace security risks including UAS threats.
Develop frameworks and case studies for risk management and threat mitigation.
Execute short-term TDY travel to partner nations to conduct workshops and exercises.
Submit timely technical reports and work plans for project leadership.
