Job summary

ACTS-Aviation Security, Inc. is seeking a Public Safety Officer (PSO) Compliance & Training Supervisor at Denver International Airport, Colorado.

The role requires leading the PSO work group and coordinating curriculum changes to ensure training and regulatory compliance, with flexibility across shifts and locations. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Security Management, Law Enforcement, or closely related field is preferable.
• 3 years of operational Airport Security, PSO, training and compliance experience.
• 2 years of experience delivering training.
• Supervisor experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver training to PSOs to ensure compliance.
• Lead and direct the PSO work group to meet program needs.
• Coordinate with management on changes to PSO curriculum and training.
• Be flexible with time to accommodate shift needs and locations.
• Coordinate with recruiting to hire PSOs.
• Report violations to ACTS management as required.
• Meet regularly with Operations Managers to coordinate PSO activities.
• Ensure PSOs receive on-the-job training and audits of training files.
• Maintain conformance with company policies and TSA regulations.
• Update Training Matrix and ensure accuracy at all times.
• Conduct training in Specific Training Modules as required.
• Ensure TSA training record retention compliance.
• Upload training documents to SharePoint and provide remedial training when required.
• Review ACTS DEN training materials biannually for accuracy.
• Coordinate with DEN AS PQCT Manager to update materials.
• Perform routine compliance monitoring to meet targets.

Education
