Job summary

ACTS-Aviation Security, Inc. at Denver International Airport, CO, is seeking a Public Safety Officer (PSO) Compliance & Training Supervisor. The role leads PSO training, coordinates curriculum changes, and ensures TSA regulations compliance while supporting multiple shifts.

The candidate will manage the training matrix, audit training files, and collaborate with Operations to maintain safety standards and accurate records, with opportunities for growth within the aviation security field.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a related Bachelor's degree is preferable.
• 3 years of operational Airport Security, PSO, training and compliance experience or a combination.
• Supervisor experience and training delivery experience are required.
• Strong knowledge of operations management, training and auditing, with the ability to report accurately.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and delivers training to PSOs to ensure compliance.
• Leads and directs the PSO work group to meet program needs.
• Coordinates with management on changes to PSO curriculum and training.
• Schedule-flexible role; deploys to different shifts as needed to support operations.

Education
