Job summary

ACTS-Aviation Security, Inc. is seeking a Public Safety Liaison Officer at DIA to engage with the public, educate travelers, and enforce DEN Rules and Regulations. You'll work with badge holders to ensure compliance and help maintain secure airport operations.

The role involves coordinating with the Denver Police Department, monitoring CCTV, and reporting incidents. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with under-served/homeless communities.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background checks and FBI fingerprinting required (SIDA badge).

Responsibilities

• Engage with the public and educate on DEN Rules and Regulations.
• Coordinate with DPD and Terminal Operations to verify valid reasons to be on airport property.
• Monitor CCTV and document incidents.
• Report incidents according to DEN policies and procedures.
• Engage with badgeholders to enforce DEN Rules and Regulations.
