Job summary

ATP Flight School in Irving, TX seeks an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to build and optimize training schedules across JETS programs and locations. You will support student, instructor, and simulator scheduling, manage qualifications, and ensure FAA-aligned processes are followed.

Ideal candidates bring strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Asana.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in scheduling, operations coordination, or administrative support.
• FAA Part 142 training environment experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Asana familiarity.
• Experience with scheduling software and database management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain schedules across ATP JETS programs and locations.
• Monitor progression, identify conflicts, and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Coordinate simulator time requests with internal and external partners.
• Maintain reconciliation records and ensure accurate allocations.
• Coordinate student pairings to maximize simulator utilization and control costs.
• Assist with instructor training, qualification, and designation activities.
• Review instructor invoices, verify rates and documentation, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain scheduling databases and operational logs for reporting and accountability.
• Review Asana tasks daily and meet deadlines.
