Job summary

Republic Airways is seeking Crew Schedulers to ensure on-time operations with legally qualified crews. You will support crewmembers, coordinate with dispatch and other departments, and adapt to irregular operations on a SOC-based role in Indianapolis.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure. This on-site position offers a four-day, 10-hour shift pattern, holidays, and travel perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; strong customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation preferred.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, union contracts, and company policies.
• Assign flights to a legal and qualified crew for on-time departures.
• Coordinate quick recovery of open flying due to irregular operations and crew call-offs.
• Proactively anticipate disruptions and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Communicate schedule changes to crewmembers in a timely manner.
• Provide 24/7 support to Pilots and Flight Attendants for schedule changes.
• Book hotels, deadhead travel, and ground transportation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to crewmembers.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and bargaining agreements.
• Collaborate with internal departments for safe, reliable operations.
