Job summary

Tradewind Aviation is seeking a full-time Scheduled Service Coordinator to be based in Oxford, CT. The role focuses on delivering seamless guest travel experiences, coordinating domestic and international flights, and communicating across multiple systems to keep guests informed.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, is able to de-escalate issues, and can work non-traditional hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, listening), attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to de-escalate difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a close team.
• Independent problem solver with strong typing skills.
• Proficient with internet navigation, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to adapt to seasonality and changes in procedures.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate company values with clients and teammates.
• Book and confirm domestic and international flight reservations.
• Respond to client questions and requests via email and phone.
• Monitor and reply to instant messaging with remote airport handlers and interdepartmental communication.
• Inform guests of flight delays via SMS system and phone.
• Assist and educate guests of passport and visa requirements.
• Diplomatically resolve travel-related issues.
• Pursue resolutions to trip issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
