Tradewind Aviation is looking for a Manager of Scheduling to oversee two Scheduling functions; (1) Crew; (2) Aircraft. The Manager’s primary responsibility is to lead and inspire the Scheduling team to maximize efficiencies both in schedule and process. The Manager is responsible for the efficient utilization of Tradewind Aviation’s fleet of aircraft. The Manager role is part of the Scheduling and Dispatch Leadership Team and will work cross-functionally with the Sales and Service teams. Together, this lead will orchestrate the availability of crew and aircraft to meet demand. Once trips are booked, the Manager will lead a function that is responsible for continuously ensuring the most efficient use of resources to deliver top-level service to Tradewind Aviation’s customers in a rapidly changing environment. Must be flexible with work schedule and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive candidates will be able to report on-site daily throughout the Oxford, CT campus.
