Job summary

Network Runners, Inc. seeks three full-time Current Operations Schedulers at Moody AFB, GA, with potential for one more. You will manage FHP/ATP, coordinate resources, and maintain schedules in a dynamic combat aviation environment.

The role requires a Tier 3 Secret clearance, familiarity with DoD/FAA rules, and proficiency in scheduling tools like PEX and Skedify. Regular business hours with potential nonstandard hours based on mission needs.

Qualifications

• Must have Tier 3 Secret security clearance and ability to maintain required DoD system access.
• Minimum one year of current operations scheduler or related scheduling experience; military or civilian equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Familiarity with Air Force procedures, scheduling systems, and DoD/FAA publications.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Adobe apps.

Responsibilities

• Manage Flying Hour Program and Annual Training Plan, estimate annual flying-hour needs, and adjust based on training, maintenance, and aircraft availability.
• Maintain FHP spreadsheets and scheduling databases; generate and distribute reports.
• Coordinate requests, aircraft configuration, maintenance, aircrew requirements, and mission support for sorties.
• Schedule air and ground resources, ranges, airspace, and related zones; coordinate notifications and documentation.
• Maintain schedules, coordinate changes, obtain signatures, and update stakeholders.
• Serve as PEX/Skedify administrator as assigned; manage in-/out-processing and accounts.
