Network Runners, Inc. is seeking three full-time Current Operations Schedulers (COS) at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, to support rescue squadron and fighter group operations. The COS will manage the Flying Hour Program (FHP), ATP, and scheduling requirements in a dynamic combat aviation environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, coordinating resources, and generating reports. Candidates must hold a Tier 3 Secret clearance and be able to work nonstandard hours.

Qualifikationen

• Tier 3 Secret security clearance and ability to maintain required Air Force/DoD system access.
• Minimum one year of Current Operations Scheduler or related scheduling experience; PWS recognizes military or civilian scheduling experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Knowledge of Air Force operational principles, policies, procedures, scheduling systems, and DoD/FAA regs.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Adobe applications.
• Ability to learn PEX, MICT, IGEMS, Skedify and other unit scheduling systems.
• Valid REAL ID driver's license and Moody AFB access requirements.
• Ability to support nonstandard hours and provide replacement when required.

Aufgaben

• Manage and execute the Flying Hour Program (FHP) and ATP, estimating annual flying-hour needs.
• Maintain FHP spreadsheets and scheduling databases; generate periodic reports.
• Coordinate aircraft configuration, maintenance, aircrew needs, and mission support requests.
• Schedule air and ground resources including ranges, MOAs, L/R routes and drop zones.
• Coordinate NOTAMs, Letters of Intent, and Air Force/FAA requirements.
• Maintain monthly and weekly flying schedules; disseminate updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as PEX/Skedify administrator and handle personnel processing and data access.
• Attend scheduling and base-wide meetings; act as central COS coordination point.
• Train scheduling staff and maintain continuity book for COS responsibilities.
