Job summary

Qualifications
- Technical Certification or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Two years of Corporate Aviation Scheduling experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word for Windows.
- Knowledge of scheduling programs, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the master schedule for all aircraft projects.
- Coordinate with project managers and production teams to ensure resource allocation.
- Analyze workload to determine capacity requirements.
- Track and report on KPIs related to scheduling.
- Implement continuous improvement to scheduling efficiency.
