Job summary

FlightSafety International seeks an Integrated Scheduler to develop and maintain master schedules for multiple aviation training programs. You will coordinate with program management, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure a valid critical path and on-time delivery.

You should have 2+ years of scheduling experience, an associate degree in business, and strong MS Project and MS Office skills. The role is based at our Learning Centers in the United States.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Project and scheduling concepts.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated schedules using MS Project.
• Plan tasks, milestones, dependencies, resources, and durations.
• Coordinate weekly with Program Management to keep schedules current.
• Produce schedule performance metrics and EV data for reporting.
• Train Program Managers and Resources on scheduling tools.
