Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. seeks a Gulfstream Project Manager to lead on-site aviation projects in East Alton, IL.

You will oversee work orders, coordinate with customers on approvals, deposits and billing, and push multiple projects to successful completion while reporting to the Senior Project Manager. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in business aviation MRO, solid FAA paperwork experience, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in business aviation MRO preferred.
• General experience with FAA paperwork, work orders and billing processes.
• Extensive customer contact and service experience required.
• Self-motivated, well organized with strong written/verbal/analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with work order processing and squawk approvals.
• Coordinate with customers on deposit processing and WOs closure.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with senior PM.
• Serve as central point of contact for customers and West Star personnel.
• Work independently to meet deadlines and travel as needed.
