Amazon Kuiper Commercial Services LLC is seeking a Field Sales Operations Lead to act as the operational right hand to the Aviation Sales Leader for the Leo B2B Commercial Sales organization. This high-visibility role drives revenue reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning to enable data-driven decisions and growth in the Aviation business.

Qualifications

10+ years of Excel experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience implementing CRM, revenue reporting, forecasting, and Salesforce automation.
Experience refining and implementing sales processes or policies.

Responsibilities

Own all aspects of revenue reporting, analysis, and financial management for the Aviation team.
Develop and deliver business insights for leadership on key metrics and decisions.
Lead revenue forecasting cadence with weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
Drive pipeline inspection and management to ensure hygiene and target coverage.
Lead territory planning, account segmentation, and quota development for the Aviation team.
Partner with Finance and Compensation to design and deploy quota plans.
Design Rhythm of Business cadence including MBR, QBR, and annual planning cycles.
Author strategic vertical narratives and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve BI, CRM tools, and operations.
