Job summary

Erickson Incorporated in Central Point, Oregon is seeking a S-64 Sales Representative to grow sales within our customer base. This role supports business strategy and executes plans by leveraging Manufacturing and MRO capabilities, focusing on key accounts and operators.

You will manage quotes and orders, coordinate with logistics, produce sales reports, and maintain up-to-date customer records while staying informed on new products and services.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in sales and/or manufacturing, preferably in aviation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license with good record.
• Excel with broad knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-player mindset with dedication to the team.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Responds to client correspondence, calls, emails, fielding questions and responding promptly to customer requests.
• Formalizes and follows up on sales quotes and sales orders.
• Works with logistics personnel to facilitate shipping, customs, and exporting.
• Provides timely and accurate sales reports.
• Checks for data accuracy.
• Contacts customers to obtain missing information or answer queries.
• Liaises with internal departments to execute sales orders.
• Creates and updates sales and customer records.
• Communicates key feedback from customers.
• Stays informed regarding new products and services.
• Schedules client visits for account management.
• Ensures all accounts have current signed contracts.
• Performs other tasks related to the position, as assigned.
• Works additional hours and shifts as requested.
