Job summary

Aircraft-Service-International-Group- is seeking a Safety, Security & Environmental Manager to guide MA health, safety and security policies and SOPs in line with country-specific regulations. The role involves coordinating with Americas VP to implement an Emergency Response Plan, and promoting a culture of safety across the station, with regular reporting.

You will interact with senior management, develop programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory authorities while driving safety

Qualifications

• Demonstrates considerable experience in safety and security.
• Ability to design and deliver SOPs.
• Underpinning knowledge of the aviation industry.
• Ability to manage projects and people.
• Experience liaising at senior management level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the station Emergency Response Plan.
• Implement policies and procedures as per Eight Pillars of Management.
• Provide timely regional management reports weekly and monthly.
• Coordinate safety and security priorities within the station.
• Drive corporate safety and security programs.
• Support operational management on safety & security matters.
• Develop policy to promote a safety-first culture.
• Audit daily inspections and support safety programs.
• Liaise with aviation authorities for compliance.
• Monitor legislative changes and update training accordingly.
