Job summary

JSX seeks an Internal Evaluator to conduct audits of operational processes, regulatory compliance, and safety standards. You will document findings, perform interviews, and communicate results to leadership while supporting the Safety Management System and safety data analysis.

The role requires strong analytical skills, travel to operating locations, and collaboration with Flight Operations, Maintenance, and Ground Operations to drive safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Safety or equivalent with aviation/audit exposure.
• Experience conducting audits, reporting findings, and communicating with leadership.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations, safety standards, and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and conduct Internal Evaluation Program evaluations and audits.
• Evaluate processes for FAA compliance, safety standards, and company policies.
• Review documents, conduct interviews, and document findings and recommendations.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and brief leadership on results and actions.
• Support SMS administration, data analysis, and safety trend communication.
