JSX is seeking an Operations Integration & Project Management Intern at our Dallas, TX headquarters. You will coordinate cross-functional projects, sustain portfolio information, and support PMO activities using automation and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and operational readiness.

• Currently enrolled in college and pursuing a degree in an aviation-related field or business administration.
• Experience using automation or AI tools to streamline work and improve productivity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to organize information, track project details, and communicate progress clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating cross-functional projects that support operational integration and process execution.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, deliverables, and status updates.
• Support PMO with portfolio tracking systems and project information.
• Assist with project intake, reporting, and standardized PMO templates and processes.
• Identify risks and dependencies to support timely execution.
