Job summary

JobSquad Solutions Team in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Repair Operations Coordinator to manage aerospace repair orders from intake through final shipment.

You will coordinate orders, prepare invoices and shipping documents, communicate with customers about status, pricing, and turnaround times, and work with engineering, production, quality, and logistics to expedite repairs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair orders, quotations, tracking, and shipments.
• Prepare and review work orders, invoices, certifications, and shipping documents.
• Communicate with customers regarding repair status, pricing, warranties, and turnaround times.
• Monitor emails and customer portals, prioritizing urgent requests and AOG situations.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and logistics to resolve issues and expedite repairs.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and administrative processes.
