Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking an Instructor in the American Regional Training Department to deliver a high-quality classroom product for managers, agents, and supervisors from the stations and vendor teams.

This role reports to the Manager, Training Resources and requires strong communication and airline experience. Responsibilities include teaching core training modules such as QIK Sabre, Net Tracer, EGOM, CRO, Jetbridge and Transfer Assist, and ensuring a professional, engaging learning

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year airline experience.
• Must provide a manager's recommendation letter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff.
• Flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality classroom product to students from stations and vendor teams.
• Teach core training modules: QIK Sabre, Net Tracer, Ramp - Eagle Ground Operations Manual (EGOM), and Complaint Resolution Official (CRO), Jetbridge, Transfer Assist.
