Job summary

AerSale, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Records Auditor to research and maintain aviation maintenance reports and the technical publication library, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.

You will perform QA audits of maintenance records and related publications, support aircraft inductions, and uphold strict confidentiality while coordinating with maintenance teams and managers in a fast-paced environment. Prior auditing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and maintain reports related to aviation maintenance records.
• Maintain the technical publication library and ensure publications are up to date.
• Perform quality assurance audits of aviation maintenance records and publications.
• Assist manager with aircraft inductions and related processes.
• Maintain control of calibrated tools and audit paperwork as assigned.
