Job summary

AerSale, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Records Auditor to research and maintain aviation maintenance reports and the technical publication library, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.

You will perform QA audits of maintenance records and related publications, support aircraft inductions, and uphold strict confidentiality while coordinating with maintenance teams and managers in a fast-paced environment. Prior auditing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and maintain reports related to aviation maintenance records.

• Maintain control of calibrated tools and audit paperwork as assigned.

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for researching and maintain reports related to aviation maintenance records. Maintain the technical publication library.
• Must have an in depth working knowledge of the format and procedures as related to aviation maintenance, aircraft manuals, related material publications, technical directives, instructions and notices.
• Must be capable of performing clerical and administrative duties in accordance to and in support of aviation maintenance control procedures.
• Will perform quality assurance audits of the aviation maintenance records, work cards and technical publications.
• Assist manager with aircraft inductions
• Will maintain control of calibrated tools
• Audits paperwork as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience:

• H.S. diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Preferred prior auditing experience.
• At least two (2) years of recent experience in aviation industry preferred.

• Must be efficient with a desire to succeed.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.
