General Atomics Systems Integration, LLC (GA-SI) is seeking an ARMS Specialist to manage aircrew records, currencies, and mission data within ARMS and related systems to prevent administrative delays.

You will process aircrew actions, MARs, training events, and crew packages; monitor discrepancies; and coordinate with aircrew, schedulers, and leadership to support mission planning.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 6+ years in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to perform under time pressure with meticulous documentation.
• Highly detail-oriented; understands ARMS data accuracy impacts missions.
• Fast learner; adapts quickly to new ARMS-related processes.
• Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process aircrew actions in ARMS: initial qualifications, requalification, loss of qualification, and updates.
• Process Mission Activity Reports (MARs) and document mission activities.
• Maintain and update training events, currencies, and certification records in ARMS.
• Prepare and manage crew packages for operational sites before missions.
• Monitor discrepancies in ARMS records that affect readiness or compliance.
• Coordinate with aircrew, schedulers, and leadership to validate data for missions.
