Job summary

The position supports accounts receivable, grant billing, and revenue reconciliation, coordinating with City Administration and external agencies to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field, plus 5 years of professional financial analysis/fiscal management experience.
• Experience with automated information systems and grant accounting is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain necessary cityPermits and clearances as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and analyze operating and capital budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze revenues, expenditures, and rate structures for aviation programs.
• Coordinate grant billing, funding compliance, and reporting to authorities.
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports for executive review.
• Provide advanced financial analysis and recommendations to support decision‑making.
