Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration required.
• Four (4) years of fiscal management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare trial balances and financial statements; assist auditors.
• Maintain and analyze accounting records for grants; monitor grant expenditures for compliance.
• Provide and coordinate fiscal support and analysis to an assigned department; assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze budget trends; identify areas of concern; recommend actions.
• Prepare financial status reports for operating funds; display expenditures, balances and projections.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts; prepare journal vouchers for corrections; process transfers.
