Job summary

Albuquerque International Sunport in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Aviation Rate Implementation Coordinator. This full-time position develops and administers aviation rates, revenues, grants, and financial programs; monitors financial activity; and prepares analyses and presentations for leadership.

The role supports budget planning, grant billing, revenue reconciliation, and coordination with other divisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
Five (5) years of experience in professional financial analysis and/or fiscal management using automated information systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and provide advanced fiscal and analytical support for the Aviation Department.
Develop, implement, and administer aviation rates, revenues, grants, and financial programs.
Monitor financial activity, analyze revenues and expenditures, and support accounts receivable and grant billing.
Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, reports, and presentations for management.
Provide financial analysis, recommendations, and information related to rate structures, revenue performance, grant funding, and capital planning.
Provide highly responsible and complex administrative tasks related to assigned area of responsibility.
