Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Ramp Supervisor in Denver to oversee unloading/loading of luggage, freight and cargo, and to operate ground support equipment. The role requires 3 years of ramp/airline experience and a valid US driver’s license.

You must be 18+, pass pre-employment testing, and read/write/speak English. Starting pay is $25.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits including insurance and 401K.

Qualifications

• Prior Ramp/Airline experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support ramp agents and shift briefings.
• Handle personnel processes: interviewing, hiring, training, evaluations, disciplinary actions.
• Complete administrative tasks: shift reports, timecards, termination reports.
• Oversee cargo and baggage operations on/off aircraft.
• Operate ground support equipment and interpret loading documentation.
• Report deficiencies and suggest safety improvements.
