Menzies Aviation is hiring a Ramp Supervisor in College Park, GA. You will supervise ramp agents, coordinate loading/unloading of luggage and cargo on aircraft, and operate ground support equipment.

The role requires experience in ramp operations and a valid US driver’s license, with flexible shifts including weekends. The position emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across our airport operations network.

Qualifications

• Prior Ramp/Airline experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess and maintain valid US driver's license.
• Pass all pre-employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, US Customs Seal application, and employment history.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support lead ramp agents, mentor and allocate resources.
• Handle personnel processes including interviewing, hiring, training, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and addressing complaints.
• Complete administrative tasks such as shift reports and timecard signing.
• Oversee cargo and baggage operations including loading/unloading aircraft and transporting items between terminals.
• Operate ground support equipment and interpret documentation like weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material labels, manifests, and routing tags.
• Report deficiencies and suggest improvements to safety and security practices.
