Job summary

Menzies Aviation Limited is seeking a supervising ramp agent to lead teams loading and unloading luggage and cargo for commercial aircraft. You will drive and operate small ground support vehicles and work in all weather conditions.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, English fluency, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Prior ramp experience is preferred and comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including a drug test.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.
• At least one year of ramp experience preferred.
• Must complete training.
• Able to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Work is indoors and outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lead agents and allocate ramp resources as needed.
• Complete shift reports and clear exceptions in the T&A system.
• Ensure ramp personnel follow safety regulations.
• Read and interpret loading instructions and manifests.
• Assist in baggage handling and may operate ground support equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
